4-Hour Harbor to Harbor Tour

This popular four hour guided tour allows participants the opportunity to get a true feel for traveling by sea kayak.

We will meet at Maine Sport Outfitters in Rockport, Maine, prior to being shuttled to Rockport Harbor to begin our trip.

Rockport Harbor is among the most beautiful harbors along the coast of Maine.  Our tour follows the rocky shoreline to picturesque Camden Harbor, and offers wonderful views of Penobscot Bay.  We will land on Curtis Island, at the mouth of Camden Habor for a picnic lunch next to an historic lighthouse and enjoy the views of Camden Hills and the Islands of Penobscot Bay.  After lunch, we will paddle to the public launch ramp in Camden Harbor for a shuttle back to Rockport.

Our four hour tours are conducted in stable and seaworthy single or double kayaks.  Participants are required to bring their own sack lunch and a bottle of water.  For afternoon tours, it is recommended that participants bring some food and water as well.

Dates & Times
Jun: Every Saturday (9am – 2pm)
Jul & Aug: Every Wed, Fri & Sat (9am – 2pm)

$75 adults/$60 kids ages 10 – 15

Cancellation Policy

All of our trips run rain or shine.  Paddling in the rain and fog creates a unique experience. The only thing that keeps us off the water is lightning, high winds, and extremely heavy fog.  If we cancel a trip on a day in which you were scheduled, you will receive a full refund. If you should cancel within 24 hours prior to your trip departure, you will receive a refund minus a 20% deposit fee. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund cancellations made less than 24 hours from the trip departure time.
