Level III Clinic ~ Kayak Rolling

Taught by patient and experienced American Canoe Association Certified Instructors, this kayak rolling clinic is suited for people who have completed our Level I & II Clinics, or equivalent training, who want to take their boat handling skills to the next level of confidence and control.

Students are first introduced to a progression of exercises designed to develop lower body boat control and comfort upside down in their kayaks.

Next, we further develop high and low braces to help with proper paddle placement and control in preparation for the roll.

Then we put each individual component together and work towards rolling up.  We employ a 4:1 student-to-instructor ratio  for maximum individual attention.
